Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state real estate commission, the California DRE, PSI, Pearson VUE, the AQB, or The Appraisal Foundation. Per-course disclosures:
- Real Estate License Pro: Built to the PSI / Pearson VUE national real estate salesperson content outline (the 11 national domains, PSI Oct 1 2023 weighting) and public-domain federal law — the Fair Housing Act (the 7 protected classes; steering, blockbusting, redlining), RESPA Section 8, TILA / Reg Z, the Sherman Antitrust Act, and the federal lead-based-paint disclosure rule — plus the common-law principles of contracts, agency, ownership, title, valuation, and land use, and USPAP for appraisal. The exam has TWO separately-scored portions you must pass independently: a NATIONAL portion (about 80 scored questions, uniform across states) and a STATE portion (about 30 to 52 questions), each at a state-set 70 to 75 percent cut. This build is the stable NATIONAL CORE plus a STATE-LAW FRAMEWORK module; your state's license law, agency-disclosure forms, escrow and trust rules, recovery fund, CE hours, the state question count and cut score, and the test vendor are per-jurisdiction — built and verified per instance, never fabricated here. Apply the most stringent of federal versus your state. Original practice items written from the public vendor outline and public-domain federal law; no vendor item bank or commercial prep content is reproduced.
- Broker Exam Prep: Built to the California DRE broker examination content outline as published at dre.ca.gov: 200 multiple-choice questions, 4 hours, electronic at DRE exam centers, passing score at least 75% (150 of 200). Official topic weighting — Practice of Real Estate & Mandated Disclosures 25%; Laws of Agency & Fiduciary Duties 17%; Property Ownership & Land Use Controls 15%; Property Valuation & Financial Analysis 14%; Contracts 12%; Financing 9%; Transfer of Property 8%. Grounded in the DRE Reference Book and RE 13 Trust Funds booklet, the Business & Professions Code, and the Regulations of the Real Estate Commissioner (trust-account handling per B&P 10145 and Regs 2831–2835, supervision per Reg 2725, the 2025 buyer-representation rules per AB 2992). Exam fees ($150 broker exam, $450 license), experience/education prerequisites, and scheduling are DRE-set and change — verify at dre.ca.gov before you apply. Other states' broker exams use different structures (often separate national + state portions) — this pack's reference instance is California. Original analogous practice items; no DRE or PSI exam content is reproduced. Not affiliated with the California DRE.
- Licensed Residential Appraiser Coach: Built to the AQB National Uniform Licensing & Certification Examination content outline for the Licensed Residential credential, with the AQB Examination Content Outline weights (issuer PDF on disk, sha256-verified) driving the drill (verified 2026-07-12). The exam is criterion-referenced; the passing standard is set by the state appraiser regulatory agency (commonly reported around 75 of 110, but state-set — verify), never a fabricated national cut. Content is weighted to the official outline, with Sales Comparison (about 25%) and USPAP (about 22%) the two heaviest areas. USPAP is taught to the current 2024 Edition (effective January 1, 2024). This build pins the Licensed Residential tier; Certified Residential and General are surfaced as compare-context, not the pinned drill. USPAP text is copyrighted by The Appraisal Foundation — concepts are taught and cited, original items authored, no verbatim reproduction. This app is a drill layer, not qualifying education, not the supervised-hours route, and not a licensing authority. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the AQB or The Appraisal Foundation.

Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passrealtyexam.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
